Dr. John Gribben is an internationally recognized translational cancer researcher. He is the author of more than 175 manuscripts and book chapters. He is the PI on several peer-reviewed grants from NIH and is a founder member of the Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Consortium. He directs studies of CLL at Dana-Farber/Partners Cancer Center and is the Director of the Eskandarian CLL Research Laboratories at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He is a member of numerous academic societies, including the American Society for Clinical Investigation and is a member of Subcommittee D of the National Cancer Institute.
Research Interests
- Immunotherapy approaches, including stem cell transplantation for the treatment of cancer
- Identification of tumor antigens with particular emphasis on B cell malignancies
- Detection and treatment of minimal residual disease in leukemia and lymphoma
