CRC 010: A Phase I Study of 8-Chloro-Adenosine in Previously
Treated Patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Determine dose-limiting toxicities and identify the maximum tolerated
dose for 8-Cl-adenosine given intravenous daily over 1 hr for 5 days in
4-week cycles to patients with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) previously
treated with chemotherapy.
